1. Introduction

Welcome to Naija Game Arena ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), operated by MZ Technologies LTD, a company registered in Nigeria with registration number RC 9449995, with its registered address at No. 7A Anyaeji Street, Ugbowo, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naija Game Arena website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

2.2. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally permitted to participate in skill-based gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not a person barred from using the Service under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or any other applicable jurisdiction.
  • All information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful.

2.3. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through a supported third-party provider (currently Google). In the future, additional authentication methods (such as SMS verification) may be offered.

3.2. You must choose a unique username during registration. Your username:

  • Is permanent and cannot be changed after selection.
  • Serves as your public display name and referral code.
  • Must not impersonate any person, brand, or organisation.
  • Must not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.

3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.4. Notify us immediately at support@naijagamearena.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The Service

4.1. Naija Game Arena is an online platform that offers turn-based multiplayer games including, but not limited to, Whot, Snakes & Ladders, Ludo, and Draughts.

4.2. Players may participate in games using platform currency. Platform currency may be obtained through:

  • Signup bonuses and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds")
  • Deposits of real money via supported payment providers ("Deposited Funds")
  • Game winnings ("Withdrawable Funds")
  • Referral bonuses and daily login rewards ("Bonus Funds")

4.3. Gameplay Opponents. To ensure a high-quality gaming experience with minimal wait times, the Platform may utilise automated opponents in gameplay. Automated opponents operate under the same game rules, stake platform currency, and participate in the same escrow and settlement systems as all players.

4.4. Provably Fair Gaming. All random events in games (card shuffles, dice rolls) are generated using a cryptographic commit-reveal system. After each game, players may independently verify that outcomes were determined before the game began and were not manipulated.

5. Wallet, Funds, and Transactions

5.1. Wallet Structure

Your wallet consists of three balance components:

  • Bonus Funds: From signup bonuses, referrals, daily rewards. May stake games but cannot be withdrawn.
  • Deposited Funds (Locked): From real-money deposits. Subject to wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Withdrawable Funds: From game winnings and deposits that met wagering. May be withdrawn.

5.2. Staking

Stakes are deducted in priority order: Bonus first, then Deposited, then Withdrawable. All stakes are held in escrow. Winners receive the pot minus the Rake.

5.3. Wagering Requirement

Deposited Funds require cumulative stakes equal to or greater than the deposit amount before becoming withdrawable. Only stakes from Deposited Funds count.

5.4. Deposits

Processed through Paystack or supported providers. Minimum: ₦500. Maximum: ₦500,000 per transaction. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

5.5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ₦500. Processed within 5 minutes. We reserve the right to request KYC, delay withdrawals for suspected fraud, or impose limits.

5.6. Rake

A percentage-based commission is charged on each game pot. Rates are displayed in the game selection interface and may change with notice.

5.7. Refunds

Games cancelled due to technical errors are fully refunded to original wallet components. No Rake is charged on cancelled games.

6. Game Rules and Conduct

6.1. Game rules are available within the Platform. By entering a game, you agree to abide by the applicable rules.

6.2. You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools (except those provided by the Platform).
  • Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches. Report bugs to support@naijagamearena.com.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
  • Engage in money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6.3. Abandonment. Disconnecting and failing to reconnect within 60 seconds results in forfeit. Repeated abandonment may result in account restrictions.

6.4. Turn Timeouts. Three consecutive timeouts result in automatic forfeit.

7. Referral Programme

7.1. Refer new users using your username or referral link.

7.2. Both referrer and referred user receive Bonus Funds after the referred user completes their first game.

7.3. Maximum 50 referral bonuses per user. Self-referrals and fraud will result in bonus revocation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All Platform content is the property of MZ Technologies LTD or its licensors.

8.2. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

8.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of funds, service interruptions, or third-party payment failures.

9.3. Total liability shall not exceed Deposited Funds in your account or ₦500,000, whichever is less.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, underage use, or multiple accounts.

10.2. Upon termination: Withdrawable Funds may be requested within 5 minutes. Bonus Funds are forfeited. Locked Deposits are refunded less fees.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Contact support@naijagamearena.com within 7 days with your username, game ID, and description.

11.2. We investigate using game logs, ledger records, and provably fair verification.

11.3. Remedies may include refunds, balance corrections, or game replays.

11.4. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the High Court of Edo State under Nigerian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

12.2. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Edo State, Nigeria.
